Placing an Order
To place an order on our web site, please use our secure on-line
shopping basket and enter your credit card information.

order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return your Soothe-A-Ciser®

If you need to return
something, please send an email to returns@soothe-a-ciser.com within
30 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. Note:
We do not reimburse for shipping charges.

Most orders ship within 2 business days from when the order was

Shipping
We can ship the Soothe-A-Ciser cushion to just about anywhere in
the world. If you would like to order the Soothe-A-Ciser
from a country that is not currently listed in the order form please
email us and we can usually reconfigure the order form within 24
hours to allow you to purchase the Soothe-A-Ciser in your country.
In the United States
Soothe-A-Ciser.Com uses UPS Ground for shipping. Shipping charges
for US packages are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
Other methods, such as Air Mail Parcel Post, may be used instead
of UPS for orders outside of the United States (even if it says
UPS in the shipping area of the order form).
For countries outside
of the United States the shipping is more expensive. If you would
like to find out how much the shipping charge is you must fill out
the order form which will take you to the "shipping charges"
page, and your shipping charge will appear. If you decide the shipping
charges are too high you can still back out of the order as your
credit card has not been charged for anything at this point.
Also, for countries outside
of the United States, due to different customs regulations packages
may take longer to be delivered. For example, shipments to Canada
may take as long as 3 weeks for arrival so please be patient. We
apologize in advance for any slow shipments, but once it's out of
our shipping facility it's out of our control. If you live in a
country outside of the United States and don't receive your product
within 3 weeks please email us so that we can track down your package.

the state of Utah. All other states are tax-exempt.
